1 large banana
1/2 cup milk
60g butter or magarine, melted
170g self-raising flour
120g castor sugar
120g chocolate chips (I use white chocolate chips with some dark chocolate chips)
Mix the egg, milk, melted butter and mashed banana in a bowl.
Add the flour, sugar and chocolate chips and stir gently.
Do not overmix. The batter should be lumpy.
Fill the muffin cups with batter till 2/3 full. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 deg C for 20 minutes or until the muffins are in golden brown. Serve warm or cold.
